Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Cultivar products. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who issues receipts and handles refunds on our behalf.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Free plans are free and do not convert to a paid plan automatically. You are charged only if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) and renew automatically until canceled. Each charge appears on your statement through Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
2. Canceling
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- After canceling, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
- You will not be charged again once canceled. We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Refunds
Our products are digital services. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of a charge. We review requests in good faith and grant refunds where the service was not delivered as described or was largely unused for the period.
4. Service failures
If a product fails to deliver what you paid for due to a fault on our side, contact support and we will make it right or refund that charge.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@gocultivar.com with the email on your account and your order or receipt number from Lemon Squeezy. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
